It's been 2 years and I have traveled the country since last eating here. I just want to update the review by saying that I have tried the Quesabrilla at every place I have ever found it and NOTHING has even come close to Tacon Hombre. I still crave their consume. After 33 states, still the best!

Man! This is our family go to for steak fries!!! Never a disappoint. But sometimes depending who's the cook the portions isn't always there but it's ok food is still bomb.com. Friendly too I always place an order so they already know my name lol

I get the same thing every time -- and it's good every time. I recommend it if you're looking for consistently good food and something quick. Their staff is friendly as well. One of the best taco trucks around!

I haven't been to their physical location but I was fortunate enough to try their tacos at my kid's school function. Delicious!! My order came out piping hot and service was quick. Each bite was a melting pot of flavors from the gooey cheese, fresh cilantro and well seasoned birria. It was AMAZING. Can't wait to try more dishes next time!!

This food truck was in the exact right place at the exact right time. I had spent the day in my mom's room at Kaiser Richmond. I came out tired, hungry, bleary eyed and low and behold - a Farmers Market! I loaded up on some fresh strawberries and boysenberries. Then the Tacon Hambre food truck had a Shrimp Burrito, my lucky day!! Yes, it was $17 which is pricey but it was worth every penny. Filled with tender, plump shrimp, it really hit the spot.

Hubby and I were looking for something to enjoy in our hotel room during our babymoon and decided to try out this drool-worthy taco truck! The permanent location offers a nice covered outdoor seating area and the staff are so helpful and sweet! We loved it so much that we actually came back the following evening to order again! I ordered a Horchata, Birria Fries & 3 Quesabirrias. The horchata is very sweet, creamy and cinnamony, I absolutely LOVED it!! The birria fries were very meaty, with a nice kick, over perfectly seasoned fries! The quesabirrias gave me a huge foodgasm, nice melty cheese and tender birria on a perfect taco shell! The best part? Dipping them in consomé! Every order comes with very delicious pickled carrots, jalapeños & chips with salsa! Pretty good food truck for Mexican food if you're craving for tacos. They are generous with their portions, giving more meats compared to other places I been to. The tacos and quesadilla had good flavor and were reasonably priced.

Pros: Lots of meat in my quesabirrias Green Salsa is Bomb Wide Variety of Items Take Card/Apple Pay Area to sit & eat Friendly Service Cons: Pricey for the size you receive Consomé was a lil bland 3 stars seems too low for these cons so they deserve atleast 4. However, for the price I probably won't make this my new regular taco truck.

We didn't even know this Taco Truck was here. Glad we were able to try the food here. Service was great and friendly. We ordered the Steak Fries ($15) and Supreme Burrito ($11). Both were good but thought the Steak Fries was a little expensive. We've regularly seen steak fries or carne asada fries around $12. The food truck is across Hwy 29 from Walmart in American Canyon. You would have to be traveling west on Hwy 29 to get here. They have plenty of parking and tables if you want to eat there. We'd definitely come back for the burritos and try other items like the tacos.
